Huawei recently said that it plans to show a 5G foldable smartphone at MWC later this month, and now the company has dropped an official teaser for the device.
Huawei today posted a teaser image that says "Connecting The Future" to its Twitter account. The image appears to include the middle folding section of a foldable smartphone as well as the time and date of Huawei's event: February 24 at 14:00 CET (8:00 am ET).
There's still not much we know about Huawei's upcoming device, but the company did tease at an event last week that it will show a 5G smartphone with a foldable screen at MWC. We know that there are some 5G smartphones on the horizon as well as some devices with foldable screens, but Huawei is prepping one of the only 5G foldable phones that we've heard about thus far. Considering that it's combining two fairly new technologies, it'll be interesting to see what this device looks like, what kind of specs it has, and how much it costs.
