Google Retools Dashboard for Mobile Devices

Google today said it plans to roll out a refreshed version of its account management tool, Dashboard, in an attempt to make it simpler for people to control their data. Specifically, Google has made Dashboard much more touch friendly, which allows people to access and use it more easily from mobile devices, such as smartphones. Dashboard lets people quickly view their Google account activity, such as emails, documents, photos, and settings. Google says the redesigned Dashboard includes a better overview screen and simplifies the process for downloading data. Dashboard includes a range of individual tools, such as My Activity, which tracks everything, as well as My Account, which helps people manage their personal data and select what's available publicly. The new Google Dashboard will reach all users in the days and weeks ahead.
