One month after revealing that the OnePlus 5 will debut this summer, OnePlus has given us a firm date for its OP5 reveal.
The OnePlus 5 will be announced on June 20th, OnePlus confirmed to us today. Specifically, the phone will be revealed online at 9:00 am PT/12:00 pm ET on June 20th.
OnePlus will also host OnePlus 5 pop-up events at which you’ll have the chance to be the among the first to own the OnePlus 5. One such event will take place on at 7:00 pm ET on June 20th in New York City, with other events planned in cities like London, Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen, and Helsinki.
As it has with past devices, OnePlus has already revealed a few details about the OnePlus 5. The new flagship will be powered by a Snapdragon 835 processor, and OnePlus has confirmed that it’s working with camera testing firm DxO to improve the camera performance on the OnePlus 5. That’s all we know for now, but don’t be surprised if more details trickle out in the next couple of weeks.
