Apple today made iOS 10.1 Beta 3 available to registered developers. Apple didn't say what's new in this beta release. iOS 10.1 primarily adds Portrait Mode (booked effect) to the iPhone 7 Plus. Apple typically releases public betas a day or two after the developer beta. Apple also made tvOS 10.0.1 Beta 3 and Xcode 8.1 Beta 3 available to developers.
