The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is here and we are awaiting to get one in for a review, but for now a hands-on will do the trick! The Galaxy Note 4 made its official debut today at IFA, featuring a new build with aluminum edges that makes the Note 4 feel much more premium then its predecessors. It also features a 5.7-inch QHD display with a resolution of 2560x1440. The panel itself is still Super AMOLED, which absolutely pops with this many pixels surrounding it. We also find a 2.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 805 processor, 3 GB of RAM and the Adreno 420 GPU.
The camera has been upgraded to 16 megapixels and includes Optical Image Stabilization. Meanwhile, the front-facing camera is now rated at 3.7 megapixels with a super wide angle point of view that will make for some interesting selfies.
The Galaxy Note 4 is expected to hit U.S. shores and global markets sometime in October. Our guess is early October to compete with the release of the Apple iPhone 6.
