The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 family continues its tour of U.S. carriers today! After launches on AT&T, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular and Verizon, a Tab 4 family member is now headed to Sprint.
Sprint says that it plans to launch the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 on Friday, Aug. 15. Pricing will be set at $0 down and 24 monthly payments of $12.50 per month. Full retail price is set at $299.99.
The Sprint-flavored Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 comes with support for Sprint Spark, the big yellow carrier’s tri-band network that offers faster speeds and increased network capacity. Sprint Spark is currently available in 27 cities. In addition to Sprint Spark, the Tab 4 7.0 features:
- 7-inch 1280x800 display
- 1.2GHz quad-core processor
- 3-megapixel rear, 1.3-megapixel front cameras
- 4000mAh battery
- 4G LTE
- Mobile hotspot support
- White and black color options
- Android 4.4 KitKat
- Samsung software additions like Multi User Mode and Multi Window, the latter of which lets you run two apps simultaneously
The Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 will be compatible with a number of different data plans, including a $10/100MB plan that’ll be available for a limited time. Other options include $14.99/1GB, $34.99/3GB, $49.99/6GB, $79.99/12GB and $109.99/30GB.
